Rockspan®

Application

The Rockspan® Range of external sandwich wall panels feature a through-fix joint detail to minimise construction time. These panels can be installed in both vertical and horizontal orientation and can be finished in a satin line or flat profile. A building solution suitable for a wide range of applications and specifiable in an array of colours.

  • Through-fix joint detail to minimise construction time
  • Can be installed horizontally or vertically
  • 0.5mm or 0.7mm external steel face, in a range of coatings and colours
  • 0.5mm or 0.7mm internal steel face, in a range of coatings and colours
  • 115kg/m³ density stone wool core
  • CE-marked to EN 14509:2013

Fire Performance

Rockspan® Extra and Rockspan® Extra with 0.7mm both offer a Euroclass A2-s1, d0 classification for Reaction to Fire when tested and classified to BS EN 13501-1:2018 and specified with Colorcoat Prisma® by Tata Steel.
Rockspan® Extra can also offer a fire resistance performance of up to 4 hours (to BS EN 1364-1:2015) to both insulation and integrity depending on thicknesses and orientation. Specific performance information should be verified by our Technical Team on a project-by-project basis.
